    Am I allowed to be at the property during the inspection?

    Yes that is completely fine as long as our inspectors are able to focus on the inspection.

    How long does it take to receive the final inspection report?

    It is dependent on what was agreed prior to the inspection taking place, however, our reports can be sent to you within 1 hr of the inspection as we operate within a live data system.

    Do you provide post inspection support for any questions?

    Yes we do, all our inspectors are always on hand to answer any questions that you may have post inspection report. We are available 9am-5 pm Monday-Saturday
