The principal is Warwick Macgregor BSc(Arch) UNSW, Grad Dip Building Surveying & Assessment UTS, MLLP UTS

He has practiced continuously since 1983 as a Building Consultant. During this time he has advised clients on many thousands of properties and brings unequalled depth of experience and knowledge to your benefit. Prior to that he worked as an Architectural technician and builder

He is a co-founder of the Institute of Building Consultants and has been associated with the Institute of Building Consultants since its foundation. During the short period it was required by law, he had a NSW Building Consultants Licence. He is admitted as a lawyer but does not practice law or give legal advice
